It's not up to the person with the subscription because when Content Sharing is enabled - it shares every piece of content every single account in that campaign owns - not just from the one who turned content sharing on. To use this method, at least one person in a campaign must have a Master Tier subscription to D&D Beyond. I've enabled the content sharing in the campaign, i tried to turned it on and off and even log in and log out from dnd beyond several time but still no dice. i still couldn't read the books or access the statblocks of any monster that my friend has through encounter builder.
